WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a stroller (a jogger is not required); water, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a babywearing friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier.

HOW TO FIND US:

Outdoor classes (April 1 - Oct 31) meet in the lawn area near Kona Grill & Lush (across from the movie theater).

Indoor classes (Nov 1 - March 31) meet by the fireplace on the 1st floor of The Foundry. For indoor classes, it's best to park on the lower level of the parking garage by Dick's Sporting Goods.
